Before you begin, be sure to wear protective clothing to shield yourself from water spray and debris. Ensure your ARXP pressure washer is properly connected to electrical and water supplies.

Wet the stairs using the adjustable jet nozzle in fan mode. This step is useful for softening dirt and facilitating its removal, but also for removing leaves and other debris from the surface.

To thoroughly clean and sanitise the stairs, you can apply a dedicated pressure washer detergent like the Universal or Walls & Stones formula. This can be done using either the high-pressure foam lance included or the optional Aquasweeper surface cleaner.

Various accessories can be used during the dirt removal phase. From the included set, use the adjustable jet nozzle and rotary jet nozzle for tackling tough, stubborn stains.

If you have a BOX5 160DTS model, we recommend the Twin Nozzle adaptor, which lets you connect two nozzles simultaneously. This allows you to double your cleaning coverage while saving time.

The optional Aquasweeper and Patio Cleaner attachments are also great for expanding your cleaning path and reducing overall time.

If using a BOX5 DTS or BOX4 DSS model, we suggest the FAST MODE setting.

Thoroughly rinse the surface using the adjustable jet nozzle in fan mode to completely flush away any remaining detergent solution and dirt, allowing them to drain towards the sewer or drain area. If you have the Aquasweeper, you can perform this rinsing phase directly using this accessory in its SWEEP mode setting.
