RETURNS AND REFUNDS
If you purchased a product on our website you can exercise the right of withdrawal, which means you decide to return the product, without having to provide any reason and without incurring any penalty, within a period of 14 days.
The withdrawal period ends after 14 days:
a) in the case of an order for a single product, from the day when you or a third party, other than the transport company you chose, takes possession of the goods;
b) in the case of an order for the delivery of a product comprising multiple lots or items, from the day when you or a third party, other than the transport company you chose, takes possession of the last lot or item.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you can access the dedicated online function directly by clicking the “Withdrawal” button available on this website. Once you have completed the online procedure, T-Data S.r.l. will immediately send you an automatic email confirming receipt of your withdrawal request. In all cases of withdrawal, T-Data S.r.l. will send you an email containing the instructions for returning the product. Alternatively, you may exercise your right of withdrawal by sending any other clear statement expressing your decision to withdraw to: T-Data S.r.l., Via Strasburgo 31, 41011 Campogalliano (MO), email: annovireverberi@t-data.it. To comply with the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your request before the statutory withdrawal period expires.
Effects of withdrawal for purchases in Italy
If you withdraw from the contract and have met the requirements to exercise your right of withdrawal, you will be reimbursed all payments you have made to us regarding the product covered by withdrawal, including delivery costs, if applicable, without undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 calendar days from when we receive your return shipment. We will also contact you and make arrangements for our courier to pick you up at our expense.
Effects of withdrawal for purchases outside the Italian territory
If you withdraw from the contract and have met the requirements to exercise your right of withdrawal, you will be reimbursed all payments you have made to us regarding the product covered by withdrawal, including delivery costs, if applicable (with the exception of partial withdrawal concerning multiple orders), without undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 calendar days from when we receive your return shipment. In the case of partial withdrawal concerning multiple orders, delivery costs will not be repaid, as they do not refer to the delivery of the products for which you have exercised withdrawal. This is because the delivery cost does not depend on the number of products in the order or their weight, but is a fixed amount. Delivery costs will instead be repaid if the withdrawal concerns all products of a multiple order.
You can use a transport company of your choice, without delay, and in any case within 14 days from informing us of your decision to withdraw. This deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days ends. You will pay for the direct costs to return the goods.
Reimbursement Method
All amounts will be reimbursed using the same payment method you used for the initial transaction, unless otherwise specifically agreed with you. In any case, you will not have to pay any cost as a result of this reimbursement. The reimbursement may be suspended until the goods have been received, or until the consumer has demonstrated that the goods have been sent back.
In any case, you are only responsible for a decrease in the value of the goods resulting from handling other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the good.
Please note that your right of withdrawal does not apply in the cases indicated in article 59 of Legislative Decree no. 206/2005 - Consumer Code.

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM
If you wish to return your order, you can follow the steps below:
- Complete the form available on the “Withdrawal” page.
- After the necessary verification, you will receive an email containing the instructions for returning the product. Please follow these instructions carefully.
- Once we receive your parcel and have inspected the product, we will issue a refund for the returned goods
- Important: Please make sure that the destination “T-Data_AN modulo L1” is clearly indicated on the return parcel.
