Annovi Reverberi works with a large number of Service Centres right across Italy for product repairs.
This page of our corporate website lists all our Service Centres; enter your location to see your nearest centres on the map.
During the legal warranty period (2 years from purchase date for retail customers, 1 year for businesses) you must always show the original receipt, or the delivery note for online purchases.
Retail customers who have subscribed to the extended warranty (from the 3rd to the 5th year after purchase, obtained by registering on the website) must also show the email they received when they extended the warranty.
Service Centres are also at customers’ service after the warranty has expired, in which case repairs will be paid for by the product’s owner.
If you think your product is defective, proceed as follows:
- for purchases on this e-shop, fill in the form on the Legal Warranty page;
- for purchases in a physical store or on another website, contact your dealer.
In both cases, after an initial analysis of the problem reported you will be told whether you should contact a Service Centre or follow a different procedure.
