Where can I purchase an ARXP product?
You can purchase an ARXP BOX line product online on this website or at one of the authorised dealers right across Italy.
How long does the products’ warranty last and what does it cover?
If you are a retail customer and not a business, you can extend the warranty of ARXP BOX and ARXP Classic products to 5 years by registering the product on this website. Fill in the form here.
Remember that the standard warranty lasts 2 years for retail and one year for business customers. The warranty is calculated from the purchase data stated on the receipt.
Annovi Reverberi complies with European Directive 1999/44/EC, under which anyone purchasing a product with a receipt or invoice made out to a natural person is entitled to 24 months of warranty cover. In case of purchases specifying the VAT number or tax code of a business in the invoice, the warranty cover lasts 12 months.
Only retail customers who register the product on this website in accordance with the rules set out on the relevant page will be entitled to the 3-year extra warranty.

Who should I contact if the product develops a fault during the warranty period?

For purchases in a physical store or on another website, contact your dealer.
In order to access standard or extended warranty cover, you must conserve the original, legible, intact proof of purchase of the product (receipt or delivery note).
To have the product repaired under the extended warranty, you must also show the email sent when you extended the warranty.
What should I do if the high pressure washer breaks down after the warranty has expired?
Annovi Reverberi Service Centres are there to help you even after the end of the warranty period. In this case, the cost of the repair will be met by the product’s owner. To find your nearest Service Centre, refer to this page of the Annovi Reverberi corporate website.
What are the correct maintenance/end-of-season storage procedures for ARXP high pressure washers?
You’ll find instructions for correct maintenance of ARXP products in the instruction manual provided in all packs and in all the product information on this website. For some specific information about high pressure washers, we advise you to go to the dedicated section. In general, all ARXP products should be stored indoors, in dry places protected from frost, where the temperature does not fall below 0 °C.

Which countries do you ship to?
We ship to Italy, France, Germany, Spain, Portugal, Austria, the Czech Republic and Poland.
The following locations are excluded from the delivery:

How much does delivery cost?
Delivery is free of charge in Italy and abroad.
How long will it take for my order to reach me?
Delivery times vary depending on the product’s country of destination.
Italy: 1-3 working days from the day of order
Europe: 2-4 working days from the day of order.

Can I change my mind?
To return a product purchased on this e-shop, you must inform us within 14 calendar days after the date when the product was delivered. To exercise you right to withdraw from the purchase, you must fill in the form on the Returns and Refunds page. The cost of return shipment of the product to your warehouse will be payable by the purchaser.
Are deliveries traceable?
As soon as the pack is consigned to the courier (24 hours after the order is received), the purchaser will receive an email with a link for tracking the status of their shipment.
Do I have to create an account to place an order?
No, you don’t have to create an account. You can also place an order as a guest.

How do I extend the product’s warranty?
To extend the warranty, you have to register the product by filling in the form on the relevant page. You must register the product within 30 days after the date of purchase.
What is the "serial number" requested in the warranty extension form?
The serial number is the code that identifies a particular product. I
t is found on the product data plate which can be positioned under, on the back or on the side of the device.
In the form it is necessary to enter the numbers after the abbreviation S/N. and that they are 5 + 8.

SPECIFIC QUESTIONS ABOUT HIGH PRESSURE WASHERS
How do I maintain a high pressure washer?
We advise you to clean the water filter regularly to remove any dirt which may build up, and to replace it with a new filter regularly.
It is also a good idea to clean the wash nozzles with the metal pin supplied attached to the back of the user manual.
For high pressure washers with integral hose reel, we advise against using the machine with the hose wound. After use, do not rewind the hose until all pressure has been discharged.
What should I do after using the high pressure washer?
After using the high pressure washer, you should drain out the water, discharging the residual pressure.
To drain the water, turn off the water tap, turn on the high pressure washer and press the gun trigger for about 30 seconds. This will expel all the water and make sure that none remains inside the hose.
To discharge the residual pressure, follow these three steps:
- disconnect the high pressure washer from the water tap;
- switch the machine off;
- press the trigger gun until all pressure has been discharged.
What’s the difference between a hot water and a cold water high pressure washer?
There’s a big difference, due to the combination of the mechanical force of the jet (pressure and flow rate) and the temperature difference generated by the high pressure washer’s internal boiler. The boiler heats the water to a temperature of up to 150 °C, adding the grease removal force of heat to that of the pressurised jet. Hot water high pressure washers are therefore more powerful, and are recommended in particular for washing vehicles and industrial and agricultural equipment. All ARXP high pressure washers are electric and operate with cold water.
What’s the right distance between the high pressure washer and the surface for cleaning?
The distance may vary depending on the strength of the jet and the type of surface to be cleaned. We advise always maintaining a safe distance of about 20/30 cm from the washing point, especially if the surface is particularly delicate or liable to crumble.
What kind of adapter do I need to connect high pressure washers to taps?
All you need is a garden hose quick connection kit, containing the quick connection hose tail tap connector, with open inlet and with stop system for the high pressure washer inlet, widely available on the market.
Can high pressure washers be supplied with hot water?
No, using water at a temperature over 50 °C could damage the pump’s internal components. It’s therefore best to use domestic mains water, usually supplied at a suitable temperature (around 20 °C).
Can I use a high pressure washer for cleaning an indoor floor?
No, ARXP high pressure washers are designed for use outdoors, where they are suitable for various surfaces. For in-depth cleaning, use of the specific detergents for each type of material is recommended.
Which accessories are included?
Every high pressure washer comes complete with a set of accessories, supplied in the same pack. The accessories supplied are listed on the page of each individual model.
Which detergents can be used?
Only detergents specifically for high pressure washers are recommended.
What should I do if the high pressure washer fails to pressurise properly?
If the high pressure washer doesn’t deliver water at high pressure, check the following:
- Inspect the water inlet filter to make sure it isn’t dirty; if it is, clean it.
- Check that the wash nozzle isn’t worn. If it is, replace it.
- Make sure that the high pressure washer is being supplied with sufficient water. The incoming water flow rate must be as specified in the instruction manual. Also check that the hose supplying water to the machine isn’t twisted, blocked or too long (max. 20 metres) and that the tap is fully open.
- If the high pressure washer is sucking water from a container such as a butt or tank instead of from the mains, the machine must not be too high above the supply source, as otherwise the pressure may fall.
- The fifth possible cause is air being sucked in, or an air pocket in the pump; both these factors can reduce the high pressure washer’s pressure level. Check that the fittings are in perfect condition and aren’t letting air into the system. Also make sure there are no leaks in the high pressure hose or the machine’s water supply hose.
